ELS Equipment 20 Days Buy Back Guarantee

We make every effort to provide detailed and accurate information for each piece of equipment we offer for sale. Unless otherwise stated, all photographs and videos displayed represent the actual item. We take great pride in the quality of our equipment and the level of service we provide to our customers.

Our 20-Day Buy-Back Guarantee allows the buyer to return the equipment for a full refund of the purchase price if the item was not significantly and accurately described or represented at the time of sale.

The buyer must notify ELS Equipment LLC in writing within three (3) days of receiving the equipment, and no later than twelve (12) days from the date of sale, in order to initiate the return process.

The purchased equipment must not be put into regular operation, modified, or altered. It may only be used to verify its condition and functionality, and such use must not exceed five (5) operating hours or sixty (60) miles beyond the recorded reading at the time of sale.

If a return is authorized, the buyer will not be responsible for shipping, handling, or freight charges associated with the return.

Due to the nature of our consignment-based business, partial refunds are not available.
